On today’s episode, Kurt speaks with Nathan Demario, a 2nd-year Mechanical Engineering Graduate student at Rochester Institute of Technology. Nathan discusses how growing up in a 5th generation maple syrup farming family influenced his decision to choose engineering as a career path at Alfred State and eventually on to RIT for graduate studies. In addition, Nathan explains how an undergraduate HVAC project led to him becoming CTO of the start-up, Phase Innovations, and how the RIT graduate program is helping him learn about business strategies as well as providing him with access to state-of-the-art mechanical engineering facilities.
